router & port problems / free bsd firewall....

Hello guys i need someone who's experimented in Linux. Here's the situation , i have 3 comps at home 1 is a really slow one that has instaled on it FREE BSD LINUX and its a proxxy server that has firewall on ( this PC gives internet to other 2 comps ) so the internet connection goes straight into proxxy and proxxy gives it to those 2 comps that i have. the problem is that it has the firewall on and i have no ideea how to take it down its like 1 way street , it gets out but nothing gets in....  I need someone who knows how to work in free bsd and help me out to disable the firewall .. i know root and i know the password......
