Oh!  Now that you mentioned that I just realised that I uninstalled Norton Antivirus 2003 a couple days before hand.  That might be the problem.

When you are behind your DSL modem (Behind means everyone is using the DSL modem as their internet provider) Then the microsoft loopback driver takes over locally.

This means that anyone using that DSL modem (including yourself) needs to use the locl DMZ IP addresses (The 192.160.XXX.XXX). Anyone out side your network needs to use the ip address of your DSL modem. You can get this by looking in the Firewall settings. Make sure you open the correct port on the firewall or no one will beable to access your computer.

My network is setup the exact same way.
My computer has a 192.168.100.23 address and my Modem has an ip address assigend by the ISP.
