(i coud not find what template it was)
in Beta Black Template v3 on the upload site you can read:
"WARNING: Uploading a file with a same filename will overwrite the existing file."

thx!
"Go to Menu -> Upload -> and number files instead of overwritting"
"to overwrite you have to enable an option in menu -> upload"
