Another question:
Should I able to see my files through the myname.dyndns.org:3393 command?
Or does the self test through  207.210.215.90 work differently?

I guarantee you: I didn't nothing except switching the PC off and on again!
And now it works!

I have permitted everything to HFS (except drinking my coffee and having a date with my wife!)

well actually I let the firewall handle this.
This means, when I started HFS, Sygate asked me if it was allowed to connect to internet and I said yes.
More exactly it says the hfs.exe program has no limitations in contacting any IP adresses and any port.

I installed HFS, setup the IP address through dyndns.org, modified the router and as long as I don't use the firewall Sygate everything is working well.
When I allow Sygate to work, only 8760 bytes of the requested file are transferred!
Can you please help me?
