Italiano / I need help - Slow download :(

Sorry for my bad english but im italian so.. i love your software hfs, i found it a few days ago and I loved it fast
But I've a problem, i have a 7 Mb connection with 700-800 kb/s average. When a my friend download anything his speed download start to 30 kb/s, 40 in rare cases. But when i try to download my file on my pc it goes at 900kb/s.
Here a speedtest:
Unfortunately in Italy doesn't still exist a 50mb/s
