HFS ~ HTTP File Server / Some question about HFS 2.1d

I am using HFS 2.1d,
but it doesn't work when I ask my friend try to connect,
the example show below :
http://xxx.77.3.37/Testing.txt
the port is 80.
What's wrong?
Is it the problem of firework?(I have already closed the firewall of windows XP)
How about Norton Anti-virus 2006,will it effect HFS?
What should I do?
My English is poor,I hope you can understand what I am talking about.
