I wonder why I can't open this great template in my HFS 2.1d (088)
After clicking Import to the template file. There is nothing, just a blank page.
Can anyone upload the code here? Thanks a lot!

select the files
right click
restrict access
all existing accounts

Sorry rejetto,I am an English(I am a HongKongnese) Noob.So what do you mean by the statement above?
Is that I only need to tick the accout of "guest" to let them to browse but not download?

I have already tested it,ALL THE ACCOUT CAN NOT DOWNLOAD BUT CAN BROWSE THE FILES

Or let me explain my question again.
I want  guest and anonymous accouts browse the files but do not let them to download them in order to increase the numbers of uses in my server.How can I do it with the help of HFS? Thanks for you kind assistance

right click on the folder or file, and disable "let download"

How can I do this on a guest accout only,but not anyone?

I have set the speed the speed limitation to 1024kb/sec,but why is it that my friends only can download files from my server with around 300kb/s?Is it related to his isp?

Another question is that how can I set the permission of users?I only want them to browse the files but do not let them to download them how can I do that to a "guest" account?

I don't want my real IP address show to the orthers,you know,that is dangerous.

this is not exact.
using no-ip (and similar) you don't "hide" your IP. you just give it another form.
it is nice and easy to remember, yes, but it has nothing to do with security.

First of all,thanks for your help.But I wonder:

menu -> ip address -> custom

That means,I just put my no-ip address in it?(E.g: http://louischung.no-ip.org)

I have make some real folder in my HTTP File Server.But after my friends have login to my server.They only see "404 Not Found".I also face the problem.How can I slove it,thanks for your help.Here is a screenshot:

I found out the default setting of HTML encoding is ISO,how can I change to to Big5 encoding automatically?I have already check the FAQ and I have no idea about that.Please help me and thanks for your help.
