router & port problems / Speedtouch 580i problems

I've installed HFS 2.0 and set my speedtouch 580i modem to NAPT entries for port 80, this does not work! Also tried port 81 and 8080, without result.
I can login from my local network (range 10.0.0.201 til 10.0.0.204)
I have a static IP, but testing gives no result! When I login with http://localhost:80 it works o.k. , but external login doesn't work!

Anyone with a speedtouch 580i who can help me?
