HFS ~ HTTP File Server / please help me

Hi Friends,
Right now i am using dynamic IP Address. That's why when i reconnect to the net the IP Address changed every time. This is hard for my friends to connect to my server. Always they need to ask me the IP Address. So, please give a solution how can i put a permanent link, to access my server. And also i am not interest to share my original IP Address too.
So, Kindly give me a solution for me.
