Title: No Fixed IPs

I want to use this softwares where the PCs do not have fixed IPs.
Will this work??
If so, then how??
Anyone please help ???

do you have a changing ip over the internet, or in your local network?
if you are not sure on how to answer, report here the address you are talking about
