92.244.148.186 is your WAN (external address)
192.168.56.1 is your LAN (internal network address)
This is normal.
Need more info about problem?

I have problem with the same router to.
My outgoing IP addres is 92.53.14.156
My computer IP is 192.168.1.100
I made the forwarding on port 80 and port 8080
I make DynDNS, outgoing IP is 92.53.14.156.
In HFS and the router i set up the DynDNS.
And look in the pictures what is going on.

your problem is different.
your tp-link router is not "directly connected" to internet, i mean it doesn't get a true internet (external) address.
So, you are connected to another router.
Ask who is managing that router to open/forward the port for you.
Possibly this router is actually your ISP, and they may not offer this service at all.
In italy there is a company like this, and they offer internet ip as an extra service to pay.
Good luck
