there is no new hslib.pas in the source package, so we can not compile the source.

that source is in another folder, in my system, that's why i forget to include it sometimes
i'm not home right now

It is porbably a cache problem on my PC, but can you confirm taht it is the right link ?

yes, that is the right link

try downloading it NOT with your browser
or, if you are behind a proxy, try voiding the proxy cache
