Title: Access Violation at address 004043FA in module 'hfs.exe'

The error message above keeps appearing in our system, any ideas form anyone on how to rectify?

specify at least what HFS version are you using.

I know very little about HFS but the system says we are using HTTP Commander 6.0 Standard.  Second question, where do I find a user manual, please point me in the right direction.

that's not HFS version, is another program.
You can read the version of HFS on the title bar (the top bar) of HFS' window.

For a sort of manual, click "Menu", then "help".
What you will find is far from perfect, it is the effort of volunteers.
