Title: Can't access on asian labguage file system

It's seems can't access any doublebyte character (asian language) naming file system (both folder and file), could this add to your To Do List?  ;)

It's a very useful software, keep going...!  :D

doublebyte? is it a unicode standard?
i don't have a way to test anything about it, and i have no experince
an asian maybe could help me ;)
sources are open and help would be welcome
