Post by: wideglide on February 22, 2010, 07:50:02 AM
Hello,maybe a dumbo question.
Is is possible,to configure my puter/HFS in a way, that downloading speeds up?
Large files,700-800 mb,take 8-9 HRS to download.
Who can help?

A single solution, to subscribe to a faster internet supplier, hfs is not in fault, he is also fast as another Web server installed on your machine. ;)

Here is the test:
picture 1 is what the provider says it ought to be,
picture 2 is the real speed.

so, you should get 72kb/s with HFS, or similar.
the only way to get more is to ask your internet provider.
