Title: Users permission - HFS 2.3 beta build 254
Post by: Gio on February 18, 2010, 10:49:34 AM
I found a strange behaviour when putting users permission with a list of around 70 users. In a testing situation with 1 or 2 users account, the problem doesn't happen.
If I put more than 5 users to access and upload on a directory, sometime it's possible to access the folder without putting user name and password. Not always....
I suppose that is something related to IE that saves some accounts info; it this is the problem could be usefull to have the possibility to logout.

This is my configuration:
- HFS beta 2.3 - build 254
- RAWR template 0.1.2 modified by rejetto to change the user password
- on the client side, IE 8.0

@rejetto: Do you need the macro.log?

you are probably right about the password saving.
to be sure, reproduce the problem, and check if the username is shown on the folder page you think was accessed without password.

consider posting in italian on the italian board if you like. ;)
