Title: Undesired download limit of 180ish kb/s

Although I have my download limit set up at 2000kb/s, I cannot download faster than 180kb/s. Is there a way to remove this limitation?

In most cases the download limit is given by the upload speed of your connection. To allow download at a speed of 2000 kB you would need uploadspeed of about 16 mbps!
¿what's the upload bandwidth of your connection?

About that. That makes a lot more sense, thanks. Always figured my upload rate was higher than that.

use www.speedtest.net to know your real upload speed
