problem with windows 7 Ultimate 32bits
hello my problem is that Windows 7 (Run as Administrator) after a while the site falls
the same as running on Windows XP SP3 and all good.

you should understand what is going slow on your system at the time you have problems.
there are many possible reasons, and only you can see if the CPU is all busy, or if the hard disk is working hard, or if your network connection is totally used.

after much testing the PC
FINDINGS comes to the problem because the PC works with 512 MB of RAM and Windows 7 uses approximately 350 MB and opening multiple windows, HFS fails. Anyway should not do that, but all due to low ram

HFS, as most programs, doesn't handle nicely the case when memory is over. i'm sorry.
in my point of view, it's because neither the operating system itself does.
