First off, I love the template. It's elegant, usable, practical, and very user friendly (for those browsing). I was a bit disappointed that in this template folder comments don't show up above the content displayed. Here's a pretty easy workaround that I came up with.
In the template, paste this code following the breadcrumbs section.
{.if| %folder-item-comment% | <div id='foldercomment'>%folder-item-comment%</div> .}
And then create a #foldercomment entry in the css file styled as you see fit.
Hope this helps.

here's my 0.02
latest version introduced a new command that will shorten it a little.
not important, but nice to know ;)
{.123 if 2|<div id='foldercomment'>|%folder-item-comment%|</div>.}

I don't know which template you are talking about... I thought they all supported folder comments. Possibly Live 3, but that is a stripped down template in the first place.
