recently,when i restart my computer.theHFS is not ON but OFF.

Not exactly !
Already mention this "small random bug" to Silenpliz. Either your should see ta small notice bottom left of your screen : "HFS is running" or the HSF is stopped" .
Otherwise try Mars recommandations to see if things improved . T3
