Title: File with Asian language name cannot be displayed

as per topic any file withe asian or other language name other than english are not displayed properly....or are simply show as symbols and 0 bytes of data to them so cannot be downloaded.,

any langauge support?

I believe that template wise you would need to change the charset (it's in the <head>...</head> section) of the webpage in order to view the names correctly. If the file size is 0, then rejetto might have a better idea about what's going on.

1) what hfs version are you using?
2) are you using the default template?

HFS is known to not support file names with characters not included in your system language.
that means, on japanese systems hfs won't support cyrillic.

actually i am using windows 7, and japanese and other languages can be displayed fine..

i am using terayon template with the latest beta of HFS.

im also having problems with showing thai and japanese files, its showing 0 bytes. running on win 7, files show fine in windows explorer.

changing charset doesn't work, so im lost here, anybody have any idea?  ???

you should specify what "problems" you have.
