A big defect: the skin in black it is not the top, we see absolutely nothing there
I also see nothing ... I kept my glasses. 8)

Maybe try something like this:
(http://www.freeimagehosting.net/uploads/th.d7246bf1f1.jpg) (http://www.freeimagehosting.net/image.php?d7246bf1f1.jpg)
This is what I have using the same template, i'll post the code if you encounter difficulties. Just a heads up, if you do like I suggested be aware that for small resolution users the image might get cut underneath the graph so the image resolution is kind of important.

Looks nice (I'm also one of the few to like the black background layout). Can't really see : home/musicshare/album/ etc. within your banner. Simple thing : what about hidding file extension ? T3

It's not a question of taste, there are more 'objective' criteria:
1. It's an 'ecologic' page: Monitors can save about 20% (not sure about this value) of energy using black or very dark backgrounds.
2. Usability of such pages tends towards less than 10% for 'elder people' (35 years and more) as even if may 'look nice' to some, they are happy to find the 'back' or 'close' button. ;D

see link attached for website, admins removed it for some reason :(

lol, copyrighted means that somebody owns that software, to which it's illegal to freeshare it without the owners consent, thus the link being removed for this forum to avoid association with such activity.
-
it means that you don't have the permission to give away as you do the music that you can see in your "Top 10 UK".
a deeper explanation can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyrighted
in the while, i have to keep deleting your address, sorry.
with "in the while" i mean "while you don't call Robbie Williams and others to get their permission" :)

no problem
