HFS has full resume support.
but the program you use to download must have it too.

My program download have menu Resume.I'm download with IDM program but, I can't click menu stop and resume with IDM program.After I'm install the HFS, What i have to set up more ?

what's the name of this program?
people using other programs never reported similar problems, resuming is working fine.
