Title: HFS can't read japan langage folder

The HFS can't read the japan langage folder (like below picture). Cause I can't use/download/upload this folder.

The 09 ???? in picture is japan folder name
OS : Windows Server 2003 R2 64 bit
HFS : 2.2f

HFS can read only things in same language as your system (Windows).
other languages are written using unicode, and are not supported at the moment.
