Title: speed limits form single adress

as my topic , the function of my hfs server dosen't work.

i only can limit my total speed , but i can't limit single one.

Now i use 2.3beta build 240 version

help me plz!

provide more information. remember that i'm not watching your computer.
1. how much do you set as total speed
2. how much for single address
3. what you see that makes you think it doesn't work

i just tested and it works to me.
i set 400 as total, and 300 for single address.
then, i downloaded from 2 different addresses. the first is going at 300, the second at 100.
as i remove the "400 total", they reach both 300. just as expected.

I am having the same problem, total is 100mbit, single is 10mbit. I am now downloading at 450 without a DLmanager and ~11mbit WITH a DLmanager. This is not a problem when downloading locally though.

i think your problem is different, only apparently similar.
related to it, some improvements have been made in version 2.3 beta, if you are using official 2.2
