Title: user from china cannot download files from my server

I have one friend, in China, I want to share some files with, but, although she can access the file directories on my server, when she tries to download files, it doesn't work -- the download rate stays at 0k and she gets some sort of message about file search failed or disconnected or failure to connect and waiting to reconnect...

Other users are not having this problem downloading from my server, so I am confused. Is this caused by internet restrictions in China?

If anybody could share some information about how to fix this problem, I'd appreciate it.

If other users don't seem to have the same problem it's probably caused for the reason you've stated. Ask her is she knows anyone else there that can try also.

try with another friend in china if you can
