Title: about Forms to rejetto

I do not manage to understand why the  'optionsDlg' form appears as the second application in Windows, not the others forms in hfs??? ???

I try desperately to put an end for that purpose sick >:(

in method ToptionsFrm.FormShow(Sender: TObject);
there's a line:
setwindowlong(handle, GWL_HWNDPARENT, 0); // get a taskbar button
