Title: Web Interface for Admin
Post by: d2008 on December 07, 2008, 08:13:33 AM
I want to know if it is possible to see the admin console in the browser. Like the panel where you add users, limits, graphs etc. My idea is to login with a admin account and then I can manage the users, add limits and see what they download without physically being at the computer look at the HFS window. Im planning to use it with no-ip.
So when im not at home I can easily add user accounts for my friends. I thought of Logmein etc but it would be easier having a web interface. Thanks Rejetto for this software, it great :)

Existing so many remote control software, it seems not wery useful to create a web-administration with the complexity of all the hfs options. Use better something like vnc or teamviewer, that gives you also full control over the content of the real folders and files!

Yea I don' think there is a real need for it. I use RealVNC over Hamachi to access my server.

something like that is already planned.
but has no very high priority, since you can control your PC even with the browser. UltraVNC lets you do it.
an admin panel project has been started by users, for version 2.3
