Title: My ip address changed everytime I restart a connection

As title, I'm new to HFS. And I manage to use this program. I gave people my IP link that shows beside "Open in browser", but I found that my IP address changed everytime I restart the connection, then I have to give a new IP link to the one who I upload to.
