A good solution is to use dynamic DNS

step by step
1. you register to a service like no-ip
2. you get an address like prasid.no-ip.org
3. you tell hfs to keep updated prasid.no-ip.org with your IP
4. in www.xxxxx.org/update you put a link to prasid.no-ip.org

You can't yourself.
You must ask your hosting service, and pay for it.

One question, suppose some file on my server.I want to access those file by HFS.It is possible?

please be more specific. your question have many interpretations, i can't answer them all. ;)

Quote
When I access http://onlineupd.cjb.net/ it ask username and password.

when you access that address it's because you want to contact your HFS.

IF you HAVE a ROUTER,  you must not use "onlineupd" on your computer, only others can. Indeed, by doing so, you are accessing your router, and not your HFS. The password is the one of your router.

IF you have NO ROUTER, then you are accessing HFS, and that is the password you set in HFS.

in NO CASE you are supposed to enter your cjb password there.

what the heck prasid, don't post your password here.
it's a public place and anyone can read it.

i don't know who your connection works, but i can say you: sometimes i connect through my nokia too, and here in Italy you cannot receive connections with a mobile connection.
Moreover, i guess you have a terribly low upload speed, that will hardly let you act as a decent server for your customers.
try www.speedtest.net e post your results
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: prasid on October 11, 2008, 10:54:42 AM
actually today here Network problem.I download got speed 25 kbps.
My site ip is shared.
I wanted to say I have a website and I wanted to make http file server like HFS.It is possible or not?If it is possible how?
You know I'm totally nonsense about Website..
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 11, 2008, 02:15:18 PM
You must look at upload speed, not download.
Re-do the speedtest
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: prasid on October 11, 2008, 03:28:58 PM
Upload speed 9 kbps now.r u look my previous question?
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 11, 2008, 06:03:13 PM
9 kbps = 1 KB/s

Don't you think your speed is absolutely not adequate to serve file?

I wanted to make http file server like HFS.

sorry but i don't understand what you mean by that.

anyway, click menu -> self test
If the self test fails, then you cannot use HFS with your mobile connection.

My self test complete. All is ok.Just give idea

Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 15, 2008, 06:59:12 AM
If i understood you well, you want to server your website directly from your computer, over your mobile connection.
This is almost impossible because it's too slow: your speed test showed 8kbps that is 1KB/s.
A minimum speed for such task should be 30 times your speed.

Post by: prasid on October 15, 2008, 07:17:36 AM
ok sir,my webserver can this kind of facility which gives me hfs?
now test http://117.99.21.190:8080
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 15, 2008, 07:51:47 AM
yes, your HFS is working over the internet. (the self test never lies :P)
you want to know if your clientforum can make a similar file listing?
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: prasid on October 15, 2008, 08:05:47 AM
yes sir...
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 15, 2008, 08:13:14 AM
yes it should, but this has nothing to do with HFS.
your site is running with IIS as you can see at
http://uptime.netcraft.com/up/graph?site=http%3A%2F%2Fclientforum.org%2F

so, you can google for: iis directory listing
i can't help you more than this.

sir what is the diference between http://117.99.21.190 and http://117.99.21.190:8080
Title: Re: IP changes
Post by: rejetto on October 15, 2008, 02:36:08 PM
the only difference is in the address itself.
to go in details, only the "port" part of the address change.
the first one doesn't specify a port, because for HTTP port 80 is the default
indeed, http://X
and http://X:80
are the same thing
for any other number than 80, it must be specified (like for 8080)

rejetto can`t take you true this alone prasid, he also have to make this program (HFS)  ;)
Try to search a bit inside this forum.
Read http://www.rejetto.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page a lot of info can be found here.
And if you do a search in google for: port, ports, portforward, ill bet you find a lot of god pages on the subject
