When I use v4 my server does not respond. I can use earlier versions of TOG or another template but importing v4 TOG makes server unresponsive. My client or my local host keeps trying to connect the server.

Any suggestions?

Works for me, check that you haven't imported it incorrectly, or caused a macro error, else try a fresh version of the template.
