Title: speed distribution

I'm having problem where when there is multiple user downloading from my hfs the speed distribution always not distributed evently some of the download get high rate of donwload and others get 0 speed connection... is there any solution on how to avoid this??

Which HFS version you're using? There have been introduced enhancements in the newer betas.
