Title: App Similar to HFS for Mac OS X?

I use HFS on a couple computers running Windows and LOVE it. However, I also have a MacBook Pro and would love to use an app similar to HFS on it. Does anyone know of any? I know Mac OS X has Apache and Web Sharing built in but I'm wanting something with the convenience, ease of use and features of HFS.

Yeah, I'm aware of virtual machines, just think it's a bit excessive for using one program every once in a while.
