Title: User Agent Blocking

Hi

is there any possibilities to block selected user agent?

my lan user's use VLC player to watch movies from my server's beside download them to there PC, and i wanna block it and also is there anyway if anyone make multiple connection to single file while downloading with any downloader his IP will be block for X Minutes

1. it's already in the to-do-list (you can read it on the website)

2. menu -> limits -> prevent leeching
it's enabled by default, and doesn't allow multiple connections to same file
