I had been running HFS for awhile but recently when I went to start it up it froze. I gave it awhile to see if would snap out of it, and actually startup but it didn't it just hogs all my cpu usage until I ctrl alt del it. This happens now everytime, I can't run HFS anymore :'(. I tried rebooting my computer that didn't help, neither did downloading and running HFS again.
FYI I'm running Win XP sp2.

How many items are in your virtual file system?
Try holding the shift key when you start hfs, this makes hfs load all the default settings.

do you have an HFS.INI file ?
if yes, send it to me.
the shift key will solve your problem, but you will lose all your settings, be careful.
