RAWR-Template-0.0.7 Released

[fix] Page generation time improved immensely, around .5 of a second, due to an incorrect macro quoting. {{load}} inside a hidden macro was contacting rawr-designs.com every page load. This is the macro that checks for template updates. It caused a increase depending on the host download bandwidth and our host server response time. The {{load}} will now only fire when ?updates=1 is assigned to the url. RAWR-Template is back to being the most powerful template ever :)
[upd] All the language updates are included from the last release thread.
NOTE: Still expect strange behaviour from the shoutbox... :(
I will continue support for the old update notification methods until 0.1.0 No longer supported, making big changes at the homepage.. Then it will run from the new website database. (supported since 0.0.4)

interesting:
in 0.0.5 i still had the bug, when reloading the page with active shoutbox, my router reconnects - no everything is fine with 0.0.7. but i also updated my routers firmware from beta x to beta y ^^
what is the deeper sence of sym_ip=on - i cannot find any information about that. only [new] Setting to have sym_ip on/off.
is it possible to save the user's ip in the filename too if he uses the shoutbox?

but i have a issue
lv_sortBy:
lv_age, lv_hits, lv_name, lv_size, lv_type
why it shows everything like that
lv_ << in start of every word

It is because hfs cannot find the file containing the strings. Make sure that the template folder is placed inside the folder containing the hfs executable.
TSG. Maybe you should include a test to see if the language file can be found, this has occurred a couple times now.

I will look into making a few error messages for next build.
sym_ip was made for people running their HFS behind an apache server, the %ip% was showing the ip of the apache server.
Yes i probably can log the ip on the shoutbox posts.

shout box not working for me
when i click on shout it just reload and nothing happen
can i show others that what files are downloading and from which IP .. in Progress page?

Yes the shoutbox works randomly at the moment.
No I don't think that is possible with HFS yet.

we have 6 theme, can we show Random theme on each page
like i have folders A B C D
when i open folder A it show black or any colour
when i open folder B it show red or any colour
each theme on each page randomly or if not atleast diffrent theme color to diffrent IP

and this dont work. i get a blank page - what do i wrong?

I have no idea... maybe you have no files in the folder? It filters out folders.

http://localhost/?tpl=list&folders-filter=%5C&recursive should mean that it lists all files recursive from the root?!? there are files, but only in password protected subfolders and i was logged in with a correct username.

and how to preset the advanced search to set the default to "from current directory" ? seems to be a problem with hfs, isnt it?

As from versions 0.0.3, still down language in version 179. What correct this problem?

Oh, Ladiko its appearing like that cause that custom filelist.tpl we made is now obsolete. Delete it and you will see it correctly.

1)how i can turn off "update box" on main page?
2)how i can turn off highlighting files and folders on mouse hover because it use a lot of CPU resources when i scroll page

Uhm, it seems to just need a line break, probably possible for us to edit it. I will play with it.
1) You can't but don't worry external IP addresses cannot see it.
2) Don't use Internet Explorer 6 ;) It is a javascript fix, only noticeable on old machines. (I actually intend to remove it anyway, maybe next build)

to disable update check box go to line 98 u will something like that

Replace it like that and it will never show again :) not on LAN nor on WAN

i made the shoutbox working there but didnt understand how i add statistic box there as it have %ip% things and only HFS understands that.
i put it this way on my page

Link your iframe to http://10.255.243.169:8081/~stats.htm, just make sure you use the same or partially the same CSS file as the one that rawr-template uses (so that the <span>'s float to the right)

like That_Stevens_Guy (and me too) guessed, there was a line break missing, but i dont thought, that a simply line break in the text file is enough. i thought there is something like <br/ > or %newline% missing.

I got one problem. i cannot find the FAQ for a LOGIN page. i want to have a main page for LOGIN. any help is appreciated.

HFS doesn't have a login page. It is possible to fake a login page, but it is complicated. ToG uses the old method, I believe it would be better done with macro. But HFS doesn't have a login page naturally, I have removed this for simplicity in this template. I found it quite annoying when the login page would show up every now and then while logged in.

To explain it would be like writing a book on the template engine. Download ToG 3.0.0, install the login version and learn how to do it on your own, I'm sorry but I just do not have time to write out a step by step guide. A simple solution would be to not host things on the top level. People wont have access to your stuff if they are protected. You can protect the root of the server, which will prompt login before anyone sees the website, or you can protect all the files and folders on the top level. HFS doesn't naturally support a login page. Just a login prompt.

can you please define it a little more as i am no web designer nor programmer, i just know how to edit a pre-made code :) what i understand is i have to made a ~stat.htm page .. and use the template CSS but how? if u get a little free time can u code this for me

~stats.htm is already embedded in the template. It is what the updating statistics works from.
