Y have a hfs 2.3 beta build 143 with an terayon template and past 15-25 connection of download the server said "to load" i dont have limits and i dont know wath have ...

I'm sorry but I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say, I see that you are from Romania and English probably isn't your first language so maybe a screenshot could explain it a bit better.
