i've got no idea how to setup everything for HTS server.
got Edimax fast ethernet switch, that's it. nothing more or less. and i jsut don't know what to do to sort it out...
didn't find any instructions anywhere...

Assuming your running it on port 80 really all you need to do is turn HFS off (disable) set the port to 80 (it is by default), turn the server back on. Your switch has to connect to something if it truly is a switch; if its a router with a 4 port switch then you need to open a port on the router.
www.portforward.com will help you with this after you find the make/model
I assume its a managed switch? Regardless a switch is just a repeater so you'll be setting up the port forwarding on your router, and potentially software-sided firewall.
If your at your work and all you have access to is the switch, there isnt much you can do unless your supervisor can open a port on the router that the switch is associated with.
A little more info is needed to get you going.
