[NEW] auto-ban IP if: bad login X times (with IP exclusion mask)

Where Do i find this in hfs itself?

you was reading the "to-do-list".
it is the list of things to do, things to come.
that thing doesn't exist yet.
don't ask when, there's no answer ;)
