Take the opportunity to leave comments and rating each file?

That is possible with the latest beta build available from the beta board. You will have to code the template to support this, it is not possible straight out of the box.

As above, comments are possible in the last beta by working on the template.
Anyway it's not a job for anyone, and i think in the future the default template will do it.

What about ratings? Who should rate?
