Title: hfs is not signed: how can I launch it without confirmation
Post by: pacitoali on January 16, 2008, 05:19:12 PM
I use this wonderful program in the startup folder (I prefer that to run it as a service) but I have to confirm manually the execution because my system (XP) says that it can not check the signature. Anyone can help me?

Ledufe made a program that runs HFS as a service, http://www.rejetto.com/forum/index.php?topic=4713.msg1025440#msg1025440, it appears to have a case of the gremlins atm... but i am pretty sure that program used to get around the certificate problem...

didn't he say he doesn't want it as service?

sorry but i don't know the problem you are talking about. on my XP system the startup thing never required any certificate. i don't know if it's a matter of using an account with enough privileges. maybe someone else will know more.

¿Are you using your system at home or is it part of an company-lan ?
In the second case, it would be possibly that you have installed some security rules that cause this problem.
