hi

i think its a big

whenever my system gets shutdown illegally ex: power failure   *.vfs gets corrupted

means you have to setup the whole server from beginning

When you find the corrupted vfs, is there a file.vfs.bak in the same folder?
can you give me your corrupted vfs ?

here is the corrupted .vfs

and its from beta build 174

in my idea when my vfs size is over 100KB its get corrupted on power failure or illegal shutdown

The fact you get this .vfs.corrupted file is normal.
HFS has an auto-restoring feature, that will use a backup file in such case.
Looking at the source code i just noticed the backup is not actually loaded, just renamed. Next beta will fix this bug.

In the while, if you got this corrupted file, then you should get also the correct vfs on place (although it is not loaded). So the it shouldn't be a problem.

no i didnt get any corrected one

in my folder there were 3 files


latest.vfs 143 bytes
latest.vfs.bak  143 bytes
latest.vfs.corrupted   Actual Size

and folder Tree only shows "/"
