can i make hfs like tv i mean that on the server i have the movies and from another computer i want to see the movie and dont want to download him like streaming

yes you can.
the easy solution is to use VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/) to open the file directly from HFS.
the other solution is to use a install a template with a (flash) video player included.

Hi I am wondering how to use VLC to stream I have read all the documentation and still have no clue. any help appreciated

My guess would be File -> Open Network Stream.

Chose the appopriate type of stream and type a URL, should begin streaming just that easily.
It will probably say "The file is broken" but you can still play the file just fine and such.. this just means that because the file is being streamed the playtime for the movie/tv show is unknown because its stored in the tail of .avi file.

Let me know if this doesnt work.

no, just open the file like you would with a regular file. Open stream is for special servers that broadcast the file.

file -> open file

then enter the complete url.
