Title: Delete Option
Post by: mytoyo on November 03, 2007, 09:52:00 PM
Hi,
I did a search about the Delete button and the most recent post was back in March of 06 stating that the program didnt have that feature. Did i just missed the option to enable it inside the program or is this still on the to-do list?
Thank you
-Mabel

What do you want to delete?
files.. maybe?

>_> you can't delete files yet, its very complicated to add. You would have to give rejetto some more time on that one.

Mabel, just curious, do you mean remotely delete files from without the template of your choice, or delete files in your VFS and have them be deleted off your physical storage as well?  neither of these are possible as far as I know but I was just curious.

Well, you can delete stuff you make within the VFS like New links, etc, but did you mean remotely delete files via the template?

yES..i AM MISSING THIS FEATURE..
My users are happy with upload/permissions etc...
but sometimes, they will do a wrong upload OR even they want to delete an earlier upload, and this option is not seen...in GUI..
I, as an admin, have to delete it manually from server..

Is there an option please... Help Pls..

possible workaround:
enable "delete partial uploads"
disable "number files on upload"

when you reupload a file (or another file with same name), the old one is deleted.
if you stop the new upload, you will just get no file. the old is deleted, the new one too.
