How to show TOP DOWNLOAD SPEED in my home page ???? anyone tell me plzzzz ?

Be more descriptive with your topic title, I almost deleted this as spam.
Unsure if there is a template symbol for this, but the speed graph shows the top speed between intervals of refreshing.... top speeds can be inaccurate especially if you test locally.

Connect to a server that shows your upload-speed, like www.speedtest.net.
The shown upload speed is most what you can give to your users on download, use this as top download speed. Then think if the bandwith of a cable- or dsl-conection is worth displaying on a homepage, because this top-download speed is what you will get if only one user is connected.

Keep in mind that the values from the test are measured in kb and you uploading in Kb.. so if your upload test says 384 expect then people downloading from you will get about 50
