Title: OEM or not OEM?! Both variants!

some descript.ion's use OEM & some doesn't use...
but if i enable OEM then non-OEM text don't shown properly  :-\
rejetto, can u make that HFS perceive both of OEM & non-OEM texts?

i don't think it's possible to detect the codepage in an 8-bit simple text file.
