How Can I Unblock my port 80 on my hfs  I  Change the Port to 80 Then i click to self test  :-[ Self test change my port automatically to 81

You need to check to see if another application is already using port 80.  However unless you are dead set on using port 80 you may just want to use another port number.  I use port 100 on mine because apache uses port 80 on my server.  This may be the reason that you noip address does not work.

if self-test switches to 81, then you have configured your router to use port 81.
