Title: Using INI on Fiirstrun
Post by: Ttobsen on August 02, 2007, 12:40:19 PM
Hi,

is there a possibility to use an existing Ini-File on first run of hfs? ??? It allways saves its settings in  the registry on firstrun even if an Ini exists in the same folder.  :-\

if HFS finds hfs.ini in the same folder of hfs.exe
it will use that one, and it will not use the registry.
i just tested. if it doesn't work for you, there is a bug or you are doing something wrong.
please, double check, then if it persists try to understand why it is happing on your system and not in others.

Thx for quick reply... I ve found the mistake... I ve just added a section (eg [justtesting] ) in the first line of the INI... After moving this section mark in the second of the ini everything works fine!    ::) So sorry my bad...
