Title: Feature Request: Add Folders by user and Support Multi Language

Will HFS have this function in future, just my persionqal opinions ;)
1. add folders when users request
2. can upload a folder by users
3. Support multi-language (e.g. Tradional Chinese........etc)

it's all in the to-do-list, on the HFS website
