Title: Limit make my HFS Hang~

i set limit on my connection
or any option of limitation..

i got hang after set it up..

is this a bug?

actually
the hang happened after i set my limit. (more than 5connection)
connection limit
download limit..

but now..
i disable the limit.
5connection from my friend never give any hang to HFS

can you tell exactly what limit make it hang?
